How to Prepare No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
To begin, gather the following ingredients:
• 1 cup (250 g) creamy peanut butter
• ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
• 2 cups (200 g) graham cracker crumbs
• 1½ cups (270 g) chocolate chips
• 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (for the topping)
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup peanut butter, ½ cup melted butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Stir until the mixture is thick and evenly blended. Press this mixture firmly into a lined 20 × 20 cm baking dish, smoothing the surface to form an even base.
In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips together with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Heat gently in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter base and spread it evenly using a spatula.
Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until fully set. Once firm, remove from the fridge, lift out of the pan, and cut into bars.
Serve chilled and enjoy a rich, no-bake dessert that’s quick, simple, and delicious. 🍫🥜
